摘 要:通过对黄河流域节水现状以及节水基础和条件的分析,拟定低、中、高3种节水目标方案,通过对不同节水目标方案下的水资源供需形势、需新增供水量、废污水排放量、节水投资等方面的综合分析,合理确定了2030年黄河流域主要节水目标:农业方面,灌溉水利用系数提高到0.59,农田灌溉定额减少到5 415 m3/hm2;工业方面,工业万元增加值取水量减少到30.4 m3,工业用水重复利用率提高到79.8%;城镇生活方面,供水管网漏失率减少到10.9%。According to the analysis of the present situation,basis and conditions of water saving in the Yellow River Basin,we draw up three types of high,medium and low water-saving schemes,and through comprehensive analysis of the supply and demand situation of water resources,the increment of water supply,water pollution emissions,and the water-saving investment,reasonably determine the main water-saving target of the Yellow River Basin in 2030.The target is that,on agriculture,utilization coefficient of irrigation water increases to 0.59 and farmland irrigation quota reduced to 5 415 m3/hm2;on industry,the water consumption of industrial million Yuan added value is reduced to 30.4 m3 and recycling use rate of industrial water increases to 79.8%;on urban life,the leakage rate of water supply network is reduced to 10.9%.
