摘　　要：介绍了黄河流域水功能区的概况及水污染现状,提出了水资源保护的主要对策:①统筹协调流域水资源保护和水污染防治工作;②加强集中式饮用水水源地保护;③全面提高水污染治理水平;④完善水资源保护、水质监测和监督管理体系;⑤加强流域水资源保护工程建设等。General situation of water pollution and water function zones of the Yellow River Basin were introduced,and main countermeasures for water resources protection were put forward： a）To coordinate and plan work about water resources protection and water pollution in the Yellow River Basin as a whole,b）To enhance centralized drinking water source protection,c）To improve level of water pollution management,d）To perfect water quality monitoring and supervision management system of water resources protection,e）To strengthen engineering construction for the protection of river basin water resources.
