摘　　要：根据黄河流域经济社会发展特点,分析预测了流域经济社会发展趋势及规模,考虑现状用水、一般节水、强化节水和超常节水4种节水模式,分别预测各行业相应的需水量,通过比选推荐强化节水模式下的需水预测结果为水资源规划的推荐方案,并从用水效率、用水定额、用水结构、用水增长率等方面分析了其合理性。According to the characteristics of the economic and social development in the Yellow River Basin,the paper analyzed and forecasted the development trend and scale of the economic and social in the Yellow River Basin.Considering four kinds of water-saving patterns that present water-saving mode,basic water-saving mode,strengthened water-saving mode and superior water-saving mode,the paper forecasted the water demand of the each sector separately.Through the comparison,the water demand prediction based on the strengthened water-saving pattern was selected as the recommended scheme of the water resources plan.Finally,the paper studied the rationality of the water use from the aspects of efficiency,quota,structure and the increasing rate of water use.
