摘　　要：西北诸河区1956—2000年多年平均水资源总量为1 275.74亿m3,其中:地表水资源量为1 173.94亿m3,与地表水不重复的地下水资源量为101.80亿m3。西北诸河区水资源总量并不匮乏,但存在严重的水土资源不平衡和水资源分布不平衡。西北诸河区存在区域性缺水的问题,在部分地区十分严重,直接影响着区域社会经济的可持续发展。The total amount of annual average water resources of rivers in the northwest region is 127.574 billion m3,among which,surface water resources 117.394 billion m3 and unrepeatable groundwater resources 10.180 billion m3.The total water resources of rivers in the northwest region is not short,but grievous imbalance of water-soil and uneven distribution of water resources exists.The regional issue of water shortage occurs in the northwest,even quite terribly in partly regions,which impacted directly to the regional socio-economic sustainable development.
