摘  要:以西北诸河水资源综合规划为基础,综合考虑西北诸河现状用水效率、经济技术发展水平等情况,合理确定该区不同规划水平年节水标准。结合农业、工业和城镇生活等行业用水特性,分别采用不同的方法计算规划水平年各行业节水量。经计算分析,到2020年和2030年,西北诸河累计节水量可分别达到24.72亿m3和56.62亿m3。通过节水等措施,在维系良好生态系统的基础上可基本实现区域水资源供需平衡。Based on the results of comprehensive water resources planning in the northwest China and considered of current situations of water use efficiency and development of economy and technology,water-saving standards of this region are purposed for different planning years.Different methods are adopted to calculate the water-saving amount for each sector,in combination of the characteristics of agricultural,industrial and domestic water use.By calculation,the accumulated water-saving amounts in 2020 and 2030 are 2.472 billion m3 and 5.662 billion m3 respectively.With water-saving and other measures and based on the maintenance of a health eco-system,the balance of water demand and supply in this region can be basically realized.
