摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合加红外线照射综合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效及护理方法。方法将300例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各150例。对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用中西医结合加红外线照射综合治疗。比较2组患者治疗的总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组;治疗组复发率低于对照组,2组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用中西医结合及红外线照射综合治疗慢性盆腔炎及配合良好的护理有明显的疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To evaluate the effect of Integrative Medicine combined infrared radiation and methods of care for the patients of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 300 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups. The control group with 150 patients reeeived western medicine; while the experiment group with 150 patients received integrative medicine combined infrared radiation, comparing the efforts of the two groups. Results： The total efficiency of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate is lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It was a better treatment to provide Integrative Medicine combined infrared radiation for the patients of ehronie pelvie inflammatory disease.
