念珠菌龟头包皮炎40例临床分析与治疗

摘　　要：目的:通过念珠菌龟头包皮炎患者40例临床资料分析,探讨本病的临床特点,诱发因素及治疗。方法:对本科门诊2010年1～12月念珠菌龟头包皮炎40例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结临床特征,诱发因素及治疗经验。结果:本组40例念珠菌龟头包皮炎患者经口服氟康唑(fluconazole tablets),外用2%硝酸咪康唑霜(miconazole nitrate cream),并去除诱因,积极治疗基础病等综合治疗,2周治愈28例(70.0%),显效7例(17.5%),好转5例(12.5%),治愈率为70.0%,显效率为87.5%,有效率为100.0%,未见无效病例。结论:本组念珠菌龟头包皮炎患者40例,经口服氟康唑,外用2%咪康唑霜,并去除诱因,积极治疗基础病等综合治疗,起效快,治愈率高,适合临床应用。Objective：To discuss the clinical characteristics and precipitating factors of candida balanoposthitis and to find the appropriate therapeutic methods by clinical data analysis of 40 cases.Methods：Performing clinical data retrospective analyzed 40 cases of candida balanoposthitis from our clinic（from January to November 2010）,to summarize the clinical features,precipitating factors,and medical treatment experiences.Results：After comprehensive therapy（including precipitating factors correction,base diseases remedies） of all these cases by oral administration of fluconazole tablets and external used of 2% miconazole nitrate cream,and removed the incentive,used aggressive treatment of underlying diseases,comprehensive treatment,2 weeks later,they displayed a cure rate of 70.0%（28/40）,effective in 7 cases（17.5%）,improved in 5 cases（12.5%）,the cure rate was 70.0%,markedly effective rate was 87.5%,the effective rate was 100.0%,without non-effective case.Conclusion：Candida balanoposthitis 40 patients,oral fluconazole,topical 2% miconazole cream,and remove incentives for aggressive treatment of underlying diseases,comprehensive treatment,the methods are very suitable for clinical application of candida balanoposthitis,for the sake of rapid therapeutic effects and high cure rates.
