阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者血脂水平测定及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者血脂水平及临床意义。方法:分析总结2009年12月～2010年12月77例OSAHS成人患者的血脂水平,并与60例正常人血脂水平对照,进行统计学对比及分析。结果:OSAHS组患者吸烟率、体重、BMI高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OSAHS组较对照组TC、TG、TC/HDL明显升高,HDL-C、apo-A降低,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。呼吸暂停/低通气指数(AHI)、最长呼吸暂停时间(LAT)、最低血氧饱和度(MinSaO2)行相关分析提示血浆TG水平与AHI呈正相关(r=0.28,P<0.05),而与MinSaO2呈负相关(r=0.32,P<0.05)。结论:OSAHS患者常合并代谢功能紊乱,对OSAHS患者及早诊断并给以治疗,可有效改善患者的生活质量和预防相关并发症的发生,提高生活质量。Objective：To find out the amount and clinical significance of blood lipid of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS） patients.Methods：Analyzed and summarized 77 cases from December 2009 to December 2010,consecutive patients with OSAHS were enrolled（n=77） and the control population consiste of sex-and age-matched healthy subjects（n=60）.Results：The smoking rate,body weight,body weight indexof OSAHS patients were higher than the controlled group,the difference was significant（P0.05）.TC、TG、TC/HDL of OSAHS patients were higher,but HDL-C,apo-A of OSAHS patients were lower,compared with normal adults.The differences were significant（P0.05）.Correlation the analysis showed that plasma TG levels were positively correlated to AHI（r=0.28,P0.05）,and negatively correlated to Min SaO2（r=0.32,P0.05）.Conclusion：Because of the metabolism mess of OSAHS patients,early diagnosis and treatment could improve patients＇ life quality and prevent the relative complications.
