摘　　要：目的:探讨喜炎平注射液用于小儿流感病毒感冒治疗的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2010年4～9月流感高峰期前来本院就诊的流感病毒感冒患儿400例,随机分为两组,观察组患儿采用喜炎平注射液静滴治疗,对照组患儿采用利巴韦林注射液静滴治疗。观察两组患儿发热、咳嗽症状改善情况、经过1个疗程的治疗后总有效率、药物不良反应等情况。结果:治疗过程中观察两组患儿发热、咳嗽症状改善时间比较,观察组患儿3d症状改善率为56%,对照组3d后症状改善率为28%,两组比较差异有统计学意义;经过1个疗程的治疗后,观察组总有效率为93.5%,对照组为83.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义;两组患儿的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:临床采用喜炎平注射液治疗小儿流感病毒感染,具有起效快、不良反应少、疗效确切的优点。Objective：To investigate the clinical effects and safety of Xiyanping injection for the treatment of children with influenza virus cold.Methods：400 children with influenza virus cold treated in our hospital in the influenza peak season from April to September 2010 were randomly divided into two groups.Children of the observation group received the intravenous infusion of Xiyanping while children of the control group received the intravenous infusion of ribavirin.The improvement conditions of fever and cough symptoms and the total effective rate and adverse drug reactions after one course of treatment were observed in the two groups.Results：The improvement time of fever and cough symptoms during the treatment was compared between the two groups.The 3-day symptom improvement rate was 56% for the observation group and 28% for the control group,with significant difference between the two groups.After one course of treatment,the total effective rate was 93.5% for the observation group and 83.0% for the control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups.The incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups were not significantly different.Conclusion：The clinical use of Xiyanping injection for the treatment of children with influenza virus infection has the advantages of rapid onset,few adverse reactions and exact curative effects.
