督导糖尿病患者高纤维饮食效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:为使糖尿病患者有效控制血糖,防治并发症发生,提高生存质量。方法:耐心,细致,具体督导12例糖尿病患者进食高食物纤维饮食。结果:2例糖尿病患者(口服降糖药)停止用药3个月后随即血糖,空腹血糖,餐后2h血糖仍保持在正常范围。结论:糖尿病患者发病初开始了解高食物纤维饮食与糖尿病的关系,只要有决心和恒心,坚持进食高食物纤维饮食,可有完全恢复健康的可能。Objective：To control blood sugar effectively and preventcomplication to improve the quality of lives.Methods：Supervised and directed 12 diabetics to have coarse fiber diet with great care and patience concretely.Results：After stopping taking the medicine for blood sugar for 3 months,the blood sugar of 2 diabetics was stil in normal range before breakfast and two hours later after breakfast.Conclusion：Diabetics should learn the relationship between coarse fiber diet and diabetes,and keep on having coarse fiber diet with great determination and perseverance to gain the health once again.
