摘　　要：基层医院的人才队伍建设是我国基层医院建设的核心。本文着重考察了十堰市基层医院人才队伍建设现状,归纳梳理十堰市基层医院人才建设存在的主要问题,并结合"新医改"取向提出相应对策与建议。The basic-level hospitals talents construction is the core of constructing basic-level hospitals in China.This paper focuses on the development of shiyan basic-level hospital personnel present situation,the research into the basic-level hospitals problems existed in construction of talents,and connecting with the ＂new order＂ orientation to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
