电子病历档案与纸质病历档案双轨道管理机制的探讨

摘　　要：现代医院管理发展的趋势要求医院实现病历档案的电子化,以方便患者医疗资料的整理与传输。国外发达国家电子病历档案的起步较早,并且应用广,极大地方便了医院管理及患者个人医疗资料的整理和利用。但我国大部分医院纸质病例档案与电子病历档案并存,需要医院开展合理规范的双轨制档案管理,本文分析双规制档案管理的重要性及其目前存在的问题,以指导医院档案管理工作的合理化进行。The development trends of modern hospital management need the hospital to achieve the electronic medical records,in order to facilitate the collation and transmission of medical information.Electronic medical records in developed countries started more early,it is applied widely and provided great,convenience for the hospital management,and the sorting and use of personal medical material.But most of hospitals in our country use medical records paper and electronic medical records,so a reasonable Double-track mechanism records management need to achieve,This paper analyze the importance of Double-track mechanism records management system,designate the current problems and to guide the records management of hospital rationalization.
