摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜下治疗坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎的临床应用。方法:回顾性分析本院2008年3月～2011年5月87例腹腔镜治疗坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎患者资料。结果:手术时间25～98min,平均47min,中转开腹1例(阑尾残端朽烂无法镜下修补);术中出血10～25ml,平均15ml;术后下床活动时间6～12h;住院4～7d,平均4.6d;切口感染2例,无其他并发症发生。结论:腹腔镜治疗坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎是一种安全手术方式,具有创伤小,恢复快,并发症少的优势。Objective： To study the clinical application of the laparoscopic treatment of gangrenous perforative appendicitis. Methods： Data of 87 patients with gangrenous perforative appendicitis who had received laparoscopic treatment in our hospital from March 2008 to May 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The mean operative time was 25-98 minutes, with an average of 47 minutes, and 1 patient was transferred to laparotomy （the appendiceal stump was rotten and could not be repaired by endoscopy）; The intraoperative blood loss was 10-25 ml, with an average of 15 ml; The postoperative out of bed activity time was 6-12 hours; The length of hospital stay was 4-7 days, with an average of 4.6 days; There were 2 cases of wound infection and no other complications occurred. Conclusion： The laparoscopic treatment of gangrenous perforative appendicitis is a safe surgical procedure, with the advantages of smaller trauma, faster recovery and fewer complications.
