摘　　要：在利用泛长三角五省市2002—2009年面板数据基础上,建立固定效应面板数据模型。分析得出泛长三角地区自主创新影响因素的作用程度和差异情况,再结合地区内创新发展的实际,提出泛长三角及其内部不同区域提升自主创新能力的政策建议。Based on the panel data of five provinces/cities in the Pan Yangtze River Deha from 2002 to 2009, a fixed effects panel data model is established, with which the roles and differences of influencing factors of self-innovation in Pan Yangtze River Delta are indicated through analysis. Combining with the actual development of the region＇s innovation, some policy recommendations are proposed to enhance the capability of self-innovation for Pan Yangtze River Delta and its different regions.
