摘　　要：目的探讨SLIPA喉罩全麻腹腔镜手术术中知晓情况的临床对策。方法 100例SLIPA喉罩全麻腹腔镜手术患者随机分为两组,每组各50例(n=50)年龄大于18岁,Ⅰ组全凭静脉全麻,术中微泵静注丙泊酚2～4mg/(kg h),间断静注芬太尼、顺式阿曲库胺,Ⅱ组静吸复合全麻,静脉全麻的基础上吸入1%～2.5%匕氟醚。结果Ⅰ组发生肯定术中知晓4例,发生率8%,5例有术中做梦现象(可疑术中知晓),发生率为10%;Ⅱ组无1例术中知晓,有1例可疑术中知晓,发生率2%。结论术中知晓与ASA分级水平相关,与全凭静脉麻醉相关,静吸复合全麻可有效的降低术中知晓的发生率。Objective Laryngeal mask SLIPA general anesthesia during laparoscopic surgery that clinical countermeasures.Methods 100 patients were SLIPA laryngeal mask anesthesia laparoscopic surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups,and every 50 cases（n=50） older than 18 years old,I set all by vein anesthesia,intraoperative micro pump static note c poisson phenolic 2-4mg/（kg h）,intermittent static note fentany,the o type library amine,II group,intravenous anesthesia composite static suck on the basis of general anesthesia inhaled 1%-2.5% Bi fluorine ether.The Results I happened intraoperative awareness group must 4 cases,the rate was 8%,5 cases of art to dream phenomenon（intraoperative awareness）,suspicious rate of 10%;no one group II intraoperative awareness,have a suspicious intraoperative awareness,rate was 2%.Conclusion Intraoperative awareness and ASA classification level related to the full screen intravenous anesthesia,static suck compound related general anesthesia can effectively reduce the incidence rate of intraoperative awareness.
