不典型急性心肌梗死临床诊治分析

摘　　要：目的对患有不典型急性心肌梗死的患者进行诊断和治疗的相关体会进行总结。方法随机抽取在2006年7月至2010年7月在我院就诊的患有不典型急性心肌梗死的临床确诊患者病例86例,随机分为A、B两组,A组50例患者采用阿替普酶静脉溶栓的方法进行治疗,B组36例患者采用尿激酶静脉溶栓的方法进行治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症和不良反应情况进行比较分析。结果研究结果显示,A组患者的临床治疗效果与B组患者进行比较,其有效率明显高出很多,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);改组患者出现并发症和不良反应的人数也明显少于B组,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);所有患者均通过观察病情及心电图、心肌酶谱和心肌损伤标志物的动态变化的方法进行诊断。结论采用阿替普酶静脉溶栓的方法对其进行治疗的临床效果十分明显,并且可以有效降低治疗过程中的并发症和不良反应现象,值得在今后的临床治疗工作中予以使用和推广。Objective Not typical of people with acute myocardial infarction patients in the diagnosis and treatment of relevant experience in this field.Methods From July 2006 to July 2010 in hospital clinic of acute myocardial infarction with typical clinical diagnosis of patients 86 cases were randomly divided into two groups of A and B,A group of 50 patients who used for general enzymes,the method of intraenous thrombolysis treatment,group B 36 patients urokinase by the method of intraenous thrombolysis treatment.Two groups of patients for clinical treatment effect,complications,and adverse reaction conditions was analyzed.Results The study results show that A group of patients with clinical treatment effect and the group B patients for comparison,the efficient obviously A much higher,A significant statistical difference（P 〈0.05）;reorganization of complications and adverse reaction with the number of group B,obviously less than a significant statistically significant（P〈0.05）;all of the patients through the observation condition and electrocardiogram,myocardial enzyme and myocardial injury the method of the dynamic changes of the markers for diagnosis.Conclusions The for general,enzyme intraenous thrombolysis method to the clinical effect of the treatment is very clear,and the course of treatment can effectively reduce the complications and adverse reaction phenomenon,in the clinical treatment is working to use in and promotion.
