哮喘控制测试(ACT)在基层医院临床应用的研究

摘　　要：目的评价哮喘控制测试(ACT)在基层医院临床上应用的实用性。方法对109例确诊为支气管哮喘,无其他基础肺部疾病的患者,按全球哮喘防治创议(GINA)规范治疗第1、3、6个月后,测定FEV1%,同时填写ACT问卷测试,并进行FEV1%数据与ACT量表的相关性的检测。结果入选时ACT评分(15.21±3.42),治疗6个月后ACT评分(22.85±2.15)(P<0.05);入选时FEV1%为(56.32±16.74),治疗6个月后FEV1%为(73.42±15.03)(P<0.05);FEV1%和ACT具有良好的相关性(r=0.80,P<0.01)。结论哮喘控制测试对指导基层医院的哮喘治疗具有实用性,值得在基层医院的临床上推广。Objective To assess the clinical application of Asthma Control Test（ACT） in basic level hospitals.Methods 109 diagnosed bronchial asthma patients without other pulmonary diseases,received both FEV1% test and ACT test at 1th 3th 6th month according to the GINA’s（the Global Initiative for Asthma）standard treatment.Then the correlation between FEV1% and ACT score was analyzed.Results Before the standard treatment,the median of the patients＇ ACT scores was 15.21 and the ACT scores ranged from 11.79 to 18.63;the median of the patients＇ FEV1% was 56.32 and the FEV1% ranged from 39.58 to 73.06.After six months standard treatment,the median of the patients’ ACT scores was 22.85 and the ACT scores ranged from 20.70 to 25.00;the median of the FEV1% was 73.42 and the FEV1% ranged from 58.39 to 88.45.Thus,results display significant correlation between FEV1% and ACT scores.Conclusion ACT is practical to guide the treatment of asthma in basic hospitals,which is of great value in the clinical application in basic level hospitals.
