摘　　要：目的核实2007年后艾滋病(AIDS)综合防治信息系统中报告的采供血途径感染人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)者的信息,了解其真实感染途径。方法选择河南省、安徽省的4个县,对艾滋病综合防治信息系统中,2007年1月1日至2010年7月31日报告的、经采供血途径感染HIV的病例,问卷调查其确诊HIV阳性前的高危行为暴露史、既往HIV抗体检测史、确诊时病程状态,综合以上信息重新判断研究对象可能的感染途径。结果调查收回有效问卷410份,核实后,357例研究对象为经采供血途径感染HIV,53例为经非采供血途径感染。经统计学检验,研究对象中,采供血途径与非采供血途径感染HIV的两组人群,在年龄、性别、病程状态的构成上无统计学差异。53例重新判断为经非采供血途径感染HIV者中,42例(79.24%)为经性传播,4例(7.55%)经输血传播,7例(13.21%)传播途径不详。结论 2007年后报告的经采供血途径感染HIV者中,多数确为经既往不安全采供血(浆)途径感染。Objective To verify the information reported by Chinese AIDS prevention and control information system about the HIV/AIDS cases infected via blood donation after the year of 2007.Methods HIV/AIDS cases who were reported to have been infected via paid blood donation between January 1,2007 and July 31,2010 were selected from four counties of Anhui province.Their history of high-risk behavior,previous HIV antibody tests and their disease conditions were surveyed with questionnaire.The information collected was reexamined to verify the possible route of transmission.Results A total of 410 valid questionnaires were returned and 357 HIV/AIDS cases were confirmed to have been infected by unsafe paid blood donation and 53 cases were infected via alternative routes,and there was no significant difference between these two types of cases.Of the 53 HIV/AIDS cases who were infected via alternative routes,42 cases（79.24%） contracted HIV through heterosexual contact,4 cases（7.55%） were infected via unsafe blood transfusion and 7 cases（13.21%） were uncertain about the specific routes of transmission.Conclusions Most of the cases who were reported to have contracted HIV via paid blood donation by the Chinese AIDS prevention and control information system were actually infected in this way.
