摘　　要：切削钻机是一种新型钻凿设备,目前,市场上的切削钻机大都是基于成熟的挖掘机系统,在动臂前安装钻孔推进装置改装而成。介绍HDDR80型一体化液压切削钻机的结构及工作原理,阐述其液压系统的设计方法,经过各工况反复测试、分析,HDDR80型一体化液压切削钻机性能及基本参数均达到设计要求。The cutting downhole drill rig is a new type of cut-drill device.At present,most of the cut-drill machines are based on the sophisticated excavator system with a drill modified and attached to the front section of the excavator's boom.The text introduces the construction,working principles of the HDDR80 integral hydraulic cutting downhole drill rig and design procedure of its hydraulic system.After repeated tests and analysis under working conditions,it's been proved that the HDDR80 integral hydraulic cutting downhle drill rig could meet the design requirements in terms of performance and basic parameters.
