摘　　要：应用Pro/E软件对城市护栏清洗养护车进行总体设计,建立虚拟样机模型,利用多刚体运动学仿真软件ADMAS以及有限元分析软件ANSYS对其工作装置进行计算与模拟,得到运动学规律、关键结构的静力学特征及振动模态特性,为护栏清洗养护设备的合理开发提供依据。Pro/E software was used to make a general design for cleaning attachment of guardrails and a virtual prototyping model was constructed.We have got the kinematics rules,static characteristics and vibratory modal characteristics of the critical structures,through computation and simulation of the attachment by multirigid-body kinematics simulation software ADMAS and a finite analysis software ANSYS,thus providing bases for logic development of cleaning and maintenance attachment of guardrails.
