摘　　要：目的了解北京市怀柔区外来流动人口中育龄妇女对艾滋病(AIDS)相关知识的知晓情况,以及对艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者和AIDS患者的态度,为今后对该人群开展AIDS健康教育工作打基础。方法 2010年3月5—30日,怀柔区计划生育服务站组织相关业务人员,对辖区内流动人口中的育龄妇女进行调查。调查问卷采用北京市疾病预防控制中心下发的统一调查问卷,调查员在调查前进行统一培训,采取现场一对一调查。结果共调查400名流动人口女性,AIDS知晓率87.8%;对待HIV病毒感染者/AIDS患者的态度合格达标率为48.2%。结论流动人口妇女由于其流动性较大,自身生存状态较差,经济和文化水平较低,卫生知识贫乏,自我保健意识差,是感染HIV病的高危人群。提示今后对流动人口中的女性,应以多种形式开展广泛的宣传教育,注意纠正其不正确的认识,并有针对性地加以引导。[Objective]To know the awareness situation of knowledge about AIDS among reproductive women in migrant floating population in Huairou district of Beijing,and their attitude toward HIV/AIDS patients,lay a foundation for AIDS health education in future. [Methods]From 5 to 30 March,2010,Huairou family planning service station conducted the survey among the reproductive women in migrant floating population.The unified questionnaire from Beijing CDC was adopted,the interviewers were trained before the survey,and field one to one interview was applied. [Results]A total of 400 migrant women were investigated,the awareness rate of AIDS was 87.8%,and the qualified rate of attitude toward HIV/AIDS patients was 48.2%. [Conclusion]The migrant women is a high risk population of HIV infection,and the reasons include their high mobility,poor living conditions,low economic and cultural levels,shortage of health knowledge and poor awareness of self-care.It is necessary to carry out extensive education among migrant women,correct the incorrect understanding and implement special guidance.
