摘　　要：目的了解洛阳市宾馆旅店业公共用品用具的卫生状况,针对其存在问题寻求解决办法,预防疾病传播,保障旅客健康。方法采用抽样调查的方法,对洛阳市不同档次的60家宾馆旅店进行公共用品用具卫生状况的调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果被调查的60家旅店,绝大多数有专用消毒间和消毒设施,但消毒设施能够完全运转使用的仅占65.0%,特别是低档旅店仅占30.0%;共采集公共用品用具784份,总合格率为84.9%,卧具合格率最高(93.3%),公用拖鞋合格率最低(57.8%),不同种类间合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=54.139,P<0.01),茶杯的合格率(92.5%)高于口杯(83.3%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.746,P<0.05);不同档次旅店公共用品用具合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=35.219,P<0.01);对180名从业人员进行卫生知识考核,考核良好者所占比例在高、中、低档旅店间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论洛阳市公共用品用具消毒存在问题,应加强旅店业公共用品用具消毒卫生管理工作。[Objective]To understand the sanitary condition of public articles in hotels of Luoyang city,find out the solution methods according to problems,prevent disease spread,so as to guarantee passengers＇ health. [Methods]With sampling survey,the sanitary condition of public articles was investigated in 60 hotels of different grades in Luoyang city,and the results were analyzed statistically. [Results]The majority of hotels had special disinfection room and disinfection facilities,the disinfection facilities in 65.00% of hotels worked well,and there was 30.0% in low grade hotels.784 public articles samples were collected,the total qualified rate was 84.9%,the qualified rate of beddings（93.3%） was the highest,that of public slippers（57.8%） was the lowest,and there was significant difference in qualified rate among different types of articles（χ2=54.139,P0.01）.The qualified rate of tea cups（92.50%） was higher than that of cups（83.3%） significantly（χ2=4.746,P0.05）.There was significant difference in qualified rates of public articles among hotels of different grades（χ2=35.219,P0.01）.The health knowledge examination was conducted in 180 employees,and there was significant difference in proportion of employees with high scores among high-,middle-and low-grade hotels（P0.01）. [Conclusion]There are problems in disinfection of public articles in Luoyang city,and the health management of public articles in hotels should be strengthened.
