摘  要:目的了解河北省成安县居民饮用水中碘、氟含量,为制定改进策略提供依据。方法采集全县9个乡镇的居民饮用水样,检测水碘、水氟含量,分析其相关性。结果该县居民饮用水碘、水氟中位数分别为172.8μg/L和0.76 mg/L,水中碘与氟含量有相关性(r=0.548,P<0.01)。结论该县饮用水中碘和氟含量呈正相关,应关注高碘引发的疾病,个别乡村关注高碘和高氟危害,改水降氟时,避免同时降低碘含量,提倡居民使用检测合格的集体供水井,避免使用未经检测的自供水井。[Objective]To understand the fluorine and iodine content in drinking water in Cheng'an county of Hebei,provide the basis for making improvement strategy. [Methods]The drinking water samples were collected from 9 townships of Cheng'an county,the contents of fluorine and iodine were detected,and the correlation was analyzed. [Results]The median value of iodine and fluorine content in drinking water was 172.8 μg/L and 0.76 mg/L respectively,and there was a correlation between water iodine and water fluorine content(r=0.548,P0.01). [Conclusion]There was a positive correlation between iodine and fluorine content in drinking water in Cheng'an county.It is necessary to pay attention to diseases caused by high iodine,and harms induced by high iodine and high fluorine should attract more attention in some townships.In water improvement to reduce fluoride projects,it is important to avoid reducing the iodine content.The residents should choose qualified water supply,and avoid using self-supply wells which had not been tested.
