摘  要:硝酸磷肥生产过程中产生的酸不溶物会给生产设备带来严重磨蚀,酸不溶物也易在设备和管道中沉积,造成堵塞。目前硝酸磷肥生产中的酸不溶物一般采用机械方法分离,但去除率不高,只能达到20%左右。采用絮凝沉降的方法对酸不溶物进行絮凝分离实验研究,通过对15种絮凝剂进行优选实验,筛选出沉降效果较好的4种絮凝剂,针对这4种絮凝剂进一步确定酸解液中絮凝剂的最佳用量为50 g/m3,并且絮凝沉降对酸不溶物的去除率达到90%以上。该方法可以简化工艺过程,节省成本,为硝酸磷肥生产中酸不溶物的分离开辟出一条新途径。Acid-insolubles often lead to serious erosion to equipment in the production of nitrophosphate. Besides, they frequently deposits in the equipment and pipelines and causes blockage. Presently, the acid-insolubles in nitrophosphate are generally separated by mechanical methods, by which, however, the removal percentage is remarkably low and only reaches about 20%. Therefore ,flocculation method was adopted in the separation of acid-insolubles. Four flocculants with good deformation efficieneies were selected from 15 flocculants by optimization experiments. Experimental results showed that the optimal dosage for these four flocculants was 50 g/m3, and the removal percentage of the acid-insolubles reached more than 90%. The method can simplify the process, save the cost and will open up a new way for separation of acid-insolubles in the production of nitrophosphate.
