摘　　要：通过探讨区域数字图书馆的建设现状和发展趋势,结合云计算的优势和特点,分析两者的共通之处,提出区域数字图书馆建设的云计算平台模型,将区域内共享的资源和服务通过云端来实现,以达到设施共享、资源共享、服务共享的利益共赢局面。This paper first discusses the situation and development tendency of regional digital library. Then combing the advantages and characteristics of cloud computing and the analysis of the similarities of the two, it puts forward the sharing platform model for regional digital library based on the concept of cloud computing so as to share its resources and services over cloud to reach facilities sharing, resources sharing, services sharing, and finally a result of win - win situation.
