老年左心室假腱索超声心动图特征及假腱索对左心室收缩功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨老年左心室假腱索(LVFT)超声心动图特征及假腱索对左心室收缩功能的影响。方法选择老年患者(老年组)482例,健康体检者(对照组)261例。应用超声诊断仪检查LVFT,并观察起止附着点、走行、条数及粗细,测量左心室舒张末、收缩末内径、左心室缩短率、LVEF。结果老年组LVFT检出率为30.91%,对照组检出率为38.70%,均以纵型及细腱索居多。2组的左心室舒张末内径、左心室收缩末内径、左心室缩短率及LVEF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 LVFT检出率及其形态特点在老年患者与健康成年人之间相似,并非随年龄增长而变化。LVFT无论对老年患者还是健康人的左心室收缩功能均无明显影响。Objective To explore the echocardiographic character about left ventricular false tendons（LVFT） in elder patients and the influence on left ventricular contractive function. Methods 482 elder patients and 261 health adults were enrolled in this study. LVFT were checked by echocardiography and end-diastolic diameter（LVEDD）, end-systolic diameter（LVESD）, LVFS and LVEF of left ventricle were measured by echocardiography too. Results The ememgence rate of LVFT was 30. 90% in 482 elder patients and 38. 70% in 261 health adults. The modalities of LVFT were same in the two groups. There was no difference about LVEDD, LVESD, LVFS, LVEF in the groups between elder patients and health adults. Conclusion The incidences and modalities of LVFT were the same in the groups between elder patients and health adults. LVFT had no evident effect on left ventricular contractive function in the two groups.
