麻醉中气管导管置留对呼吸道上皮细胞增殖周期的影响

摘　　要：目的研究术中气管导管留置对气管上皮脱落细胞增殖周期的影响。方法选择全麻下择期行非呼吸道手术１５例，用流式细胞分析仪分析插管前和拔管后气管上皮细胞，观察ＤＮＡ含量直方图，测量Ｓ期百分率（Ｓ％是由计算机根据ＤＮＡ含量直方日拟合分析而来的）的变化及ＤＮＡ指数（ＤＩ）。结果插管前气管上皮细胞Ｓ％为７．２５％±０．５９％，插管后上升为１１．０９％±１．４０％，拔管后气管上皮细胞ＤＩ平均值为１．００３±０．０２０（０．９７～１．０５），均在０．９０～１．１０内。结论术中气管导管置留可使气管上皮增殖活跃，但ＤＮＡ倍体数并无变化。Objective To study the effect of endotracheal tube retention on the tracheal epithelial cell cycle. Methods Fifteen patients scheduled for non-respiratory operation inhalation anesthesia were included. The tracheal epithelial cells of pre-intubation and post-extubation were analyzed with flow cytometry to measure DNA index(DI) and percentage of cells at S stage(S%). Results The S% of the epithelial cell at pre-intubation was 7.25%±0.59%, and increased significantly to 11.09%±1. 40% at the post-extubation. The DI was 1.003±0.020, being in the range of diploid. Conclusion The intraoperative retention of endotracheal tube can make the tracheal epithelial cells proliferate more actively. However, no DNA amout alteration occurs.
