摘　　要：通过分析板坯的加热工艺及条件,找出影响板坯氧化的主要因素,在加热温度、加热时间、炉气和燃料成分、空气系数等方面采取相应的改进措施,以降低板坯在炉内加热时氧化铁皮的生成。By analyzing the heating process and the conditions of the slab,the main factors affecting the slab oxidation are found.The corresponding measures such as heating temperature,heating time,furnace gas and fuel composition and air coefficient are taken to reduce the formation of oxide scale while the slab reheating in the furnace.
