摘  要:目的比较川贝母4种基源种的种内、种间化学成分的整体差异性。方法采用1HNMR采集川贝母样品的信息,采用模式识别分析法中的聚类分析、主成分分析法分析信息。结果 4种川贝母基源种间的相似度较高,但种内、种间样品存在细微差异。同一基源种川贝母样品间的主要差异体现在成分的含量上,而不同基源种样品间则存在成分含量和成分类别上的差异。结论1HNMR结合模式识别的全成分分析方法可有效地鉴别不同基源种川贝母样品,其结果可为进一步研究不同基源种川贝母的生物活性物质基础提供参考。OBJECTIVE To study the differences of all chemical components in the four bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae P.E.(Fritillaria cirrhosa,Fritillaria unibratata,Fritillaria przewalskii and Fritillaria delavayi).METHODS The 1HNMR technology was used for collecting the information of samples,and the hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA)and principal component analysis(PCA) were used for analysis of the data from 1HNMR.RESULTS The all chemical components were almost the same in four genus.However,there were some differences in the contents of chemical components between two samples of the same genus,and there were some differences not only in the contents,but also in the type of the chemical components between two samples of different genus.CONCLUSION The results indicate that the 1HNMR-PCA approach is a feasible and efficient method for differentiating the four genus of Fritillaria cirrhosa,Fritillaria unibratata,Fritillaria przewalskii and Fritillaria delavayi.
