摘　　要：目的研究大头陈的化学成分。方法通过硅胶柱层析色谱和重结晶方法分离和纯化乙醇提取物的石油醚部位成分,利用理化性质和波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果分离并鉴定了12个化合物,分别为:正四十烷、正四十三烷、三十四烷酸、二十九烷醇、三十一烷醇、三十五烷酸甲酯、三十七烷酸、硬脂酸、正四十三烷醇、β-谷甾醇、桦木醇和白桦脂酸。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the traditional Chinese herb Adenosma indianum（Lour.） Merr..METHODS The isolation and purification of the extracts were conducted by means of silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization.The structures of these compounds were elucidated based on the physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis.RESULTS Twelve known compounds： n-tetracontane,n-tritetracontane,tetratriacontanoic acid,nonacosanol,hentriacontanol,pentatriacontanoic acid methyl ester,heptatriacontanoic acid,stearicacid,n-tritetracontanol,β-sitosterol,betulinol and betulinic acid were isolated from this plant.CONCLUTION All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
