摘 要:目的采用平行人造膜渗透性测定方法研究黄芩苷、黄芩苷磷脂物理混合物、黄芩苷磷脂复合物的跨膜转运。方法取不同pH梯度的三种溶液作为供试品溶液,测定其透膜后接收板及供给板中黄芩苷的含量,计算表观渗透系数(Pe)。结果供给板中溶液为pH7.4时,接收板中未能测到黄芩苷;pH5.8、4.5时,Pe未见显著性差异;pH3.6时,三者的Pe均高于pH5.8、4.5时的Pe。同一pH条件下,三者的Pe均无显著性差异。结论溶液呈碱性状态时,黄芩苷由分子状态转变成离子状态,从而导致透膜能力的下降;当溶液呈酸性时,三者达平衡状态后,其累计吸收量相似。OBJECTIVE To study the membrane transport of baicalin,baicalin-phospholipid physical mixture,baicalin-phospholipid complexes by the parallel artificial membrane permeability determination method.METHODS After the membrane transport test of the three solutions with different pH gradients,the baicalin concentration in the receive and supply soultions was measured,and then the apparent permeability coefficient(Pe) of the three solutions was calculated.RESULTS When the pH of the supply solution was 7.4,baicalin could not be detected in the receiver cell;when the pH of the supply soultion was 4.5 and 5.8,there was no significant difference in the apparent permeability coefficient,when the pH was 3.6,the apparent permeability coefficient of all the three solutions was higher than that of pH4.5 and pH5.8.There was no significant difference in the apparent permeability coefficient under the same pH among the three solutions.CONCLUSION In the medium with a high pH value,the transition of baicalin from molecular state to ionic state will result in a decline in transporting through the membrane.When the solution is acidic condition,three solutions reached balance,the cumulative absorption of the three solutions is similar after the absorption reaches a balance.
