摘　　要：随着医学模式的不断转变，现代护理已成为一门独立的学科。研究、探讨适合国情、院情的服务艺术，服务内涵，增强服务意识，提高服务质量，已成为当代护理管理者急需解决的课题。本文通过对我院近年来开展服务文化研究工作的总结，提出了一些具体做法，其目的是引起国内护理界同道对这一工作的重视和研究，将护理服务文化研究工作进行深化、提高。With the development and change of medical form modem nursing has became an independent subject. Studing and inpuire into approach a subject from angles including senvice art, connotation, conscionsness, quality also has became a important subject for the manager of modern nursing. The article sum up nursing services culture work at our hospital in the past few years. We put forward a proposition for pay great attention to nursing services cultare work in whole counry.
