摘 要:首先采用熔盐法合成出铋层状结构的Bi_4Ti_3O_(12)和Na_(0.5)Bi_(4.5)Ti_4O_(15)籽晶,再分别以其作为前驱体,通过拓扑化学反应在900~1100℃合成了片状、各向异性的Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3晶粒。通过XRD,SEM分析方法,研究了模板前驱体对Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3晶粒相结构和微观形貌的影响,并讨论了其形成机理。结果表明:前驱体晶胞的不同造成Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3粒径大小和形貌的差异。As the precursors of Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3,bismuth-layer-structured Bi_4Ti_3O_(12) and Na_(0.5)Bi_(4.5)Ti_40_(15) particles were rst synthesized by molten salt process.After the topochemical reaction with the complementary reactants in NKCl flux,the pure plate-like Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3 particles were prepared by both Bi_4Ti_3O_(12) precursor and Na_(0.5)Bi_(4.5)Ti_40_(15) precursor at 800~1100℃.The effects of precursors on phase structure and microstructure were researched by means of XRD and SEM.The morphology and scale of Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3 showed notable difference may be attributed to the content and morphology of Bi_4Ti_3O_(12) and Na_(0.5)Bi_(4.5)Ti_40_(15) particles phase which are different by different precursors.
