压电陶瓷基体表面多元化学镀合金层的研究

摘　　要：通过化学镀法,在压电陶瓷基体表面镀上一层合金(Ni-W-P)层,研究镀液各组分和工艺条件对沉积速率、结合强度的影响,通过正交计算,确定以压电陶瓷为基体表面多元化学镀合金层的配方及工艺参数。Through chemical plating method,the piezoelectric ceramic substrate coated with a layer of alloy（Ni-W-P） layer.Study on plating solution components and operating conditions on deposition rate, combined with the effects of intensity,orthogonal calculation,to determine a plurality of surface chemical plating alloy coating formulation and process parameters by the piezoelectric ceramic substrate.
