摘　　要：目的:了解不同成长背景的现代华裔大学生性观念和性行为的状况。方法:对暨南大学不同成长背景的华裔本科生群体进行问卷调查,比较来自港澳台、海外、大陆城市、大陆乡村的男生和女生的性观念和性行为的差异。结果:大多数大学生认为目前大学生婚前性行为很普遍,57%的学生接受婚前性行为,61.7%的学生可以接受配偶以往的性经历。婚前性行为发生比例外招生高于大陆学生,3.45%的女大学生经历过意外妊娠。生理需要是大学生婚前性行为的主要诱因,婚前性行为对大学生的主要困扰是意外妊娠。结论:当代大学生的性观念很开放,成长环境对性观念和性行为有较大的影响。大学生的避孕知识需加强。Objective： To explore the status of premarital sexual behaviour of college students growing up in different environ- ments. Methods ： A questionnaire survey was carried out among the undergraduates of Jinan University. The differences in sexual attitude and behaviour were compared among students from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and some other overseas regions, cities and villages in mainland. Results： Most students thought the premarital sexual behaviour was common among college students. About 57.0% students accepted premarital sexual behaviour, and 61.7% students accepted their spouses having had sexual relations with others. More abroad - recruited students had sexual experience than the students growing up in China's Mainland. About 3.45% of female students had a history of unexpected pregnancy. To most students, premarital sexual behaviour was mainly induced by physiological demand, following by worry about unexpected pregnancy. Conclusion： Current students have open attitude toward sex. But there is a difference between male and female students. The growing - up back- ground has a significant influence on the attitude toward sex. Awareness of contraception should be strengthened to college students.
