气相色谱法测定冰硼软膏中冰片的含量

摘　　要：以正己烷采用研磨法从冰硼软膏中提取冰片，以正十六烷为内标，色谱柱涂布聚乙二醇-20000（1O％）和氢氧化钾（2％），柱温130℃，线性范围0.4mg～3．2mg，方法回收率98．6％（RSD=1．4％），基质和其他组分对测定无干扰。The borneol content in Bingpeng ointment was determined by GC. The samples were ex-tracted with n-hexane by grinding first. The chromatographic conditions were as follows :the column wassmeared with the mixture of polyethyl glycol(mol. wt. 20000, 10% ) and potassium hydroxide(2%) and itstemperature set at 130C, FlD was the detector, n-hexadecane as internal standard substance. The calibra-tion curve is linear within the range of O.4mg^3. 2mg. The average recovery was 98. 6%. The controlsamples without borneol was not interfereds.
