摘　　要：目的研究贝加灵喷雾剂对大鼠全脑缺血的保护作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法 SD大鼠随机分为两大组,即A组(给药7d)与B组(给药15d),每大组分为7小组,即假手术组、模型组、贝加灵高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组、阳性对照组和空白乳剂组,每组12只。采用双侧动脉阻断法建立大鼠全脑缺血模型,观察大鼠脑组织病理形态学改变,测定大鼠脑指数,并利用分光光度法测定大鼠缺血脑组织均浆液中超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛和ATP酶的含量。结果与模型组相比,贝加灵高、中、低剂量组脑指数显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);给药组脑组织病理形态显著改善;脑组织SOD活力、ATP酶含量显著升高(P<0.01),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.01);与治疗7d比较,治疗15d的脑指数与ATP酶含量显著降低(P<0.05),MDA含量显著升高(P<0.05),SOD水平则无明显差异。结论贝加灵喷雾剂对大鼠全脑缺血有一定修复保护作用,可能是通过抗自由基和改善能量代谢来发挥这一作用。Objective To study the protective effect of baicalin spray on complete cerebral ischemia in rats, and to explore its possible therapeutic mechanism. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into groups A （7 days after operation） and B （15 days after operation）. Each group was divided into seven sub-groups that included sham operation group, model group, high dose, middle dose and low dose of baicalin＇s spray group, positive control group and blank emulsion group, with 12 rats in each sub-group. Complete cerebral ischemia rat model was established by two artery blocking method, and brain tissue pathomorphology as well as brain index was observed and calculated respectively. Moreover, the content of SOD, MDA and ATPase in brain tissues were measured by spectrophotometric analysis. Results Brain indexes of the high, middle and low dose of baicalin＇s spray group were all lower than that of the model group （P 〈 0.05 for 7 d, P 〈 0.01 for 15 d）. Furthermore, brain tissue pathomorphology was markedly improved, the content of SOD and ATPase were increased, while the content of MDA was significantly deceased in drug-treated group, when compared with the model group （P 〈 0.01）. Compared with treatment group for seven days, brain indexes and the content of ATPase in treatment group for 15 days were remarkably decreased （P 〈 0.05）, and the content of MDA was remarkably increased （P 〈 0.05）, with no significant difference found for SOD level. Conclusion Baicalin spray has protective effect on complete cerebral ischemia injury, possibly due to its free radical scavenging ability as well as and theimprovement of energy metabolism.
