摘　　要：探讨钢领在使用周期内的磨损及成纱毛羽的变化。在细纱机上同时使用进口钢领和国产钢领进行纺纱,并对3种钢领进行为期9个月的跟踪检测。利用光学图像法对钢领磨损及成纱的毛羽变化进行深入分析。结果表明:国产钢领走熟期较长,稳定期时的成纱毛羽和进口钢领的成纱毛羽接近,较早进入衰退期,而进口钢领从9个月的磨损图像上看磨损较少,成纱毛羽稳定。指出:应正确认识和把握钢领的耐磨性能,合理确定钢领的使用周期。Ring abrasion in use period and yarn hairiness change was discussed. Imported ring and domestic ring were used on spinning frame at the same time. The rings were testing and tracking for nine months. Optical image method was used to analyzed rings abrasion and yarn hairiness change. The result shows that the running-in period of domestic ring is longer,the ring will enter wane earlier,the yarn hairiness in stable period is similar to yarn hairiness when adopting imported ring. After nine months the imported ring abrasion is less through observing abrasion image, the yarn hairiness is stable. It is pointed out ring abrasion property should be realized and mastered correctly, ring use period should be set rationally.
