摘  要:探讨混纺比对棉海藻纤维混纺纱性能的影响。设计了5种不同混纺比的棉海藻纤维混纺纱,对混纺纱强伸性能、毛羽指数、条干CV等指标进行了测试与分析。结果表明:随着海藻纤维含量的增加,混纺纱的断裂强力和断裂伸长均为先增大后减小,而毛羽指数、条干CV、棉结、粗节和细节均显著增加。认为:当棉海藻纤维混纺比为70∶30时,其混纺纱的强伸性能最好。Effect of blending ratio on cotton alginate fiber blended yarn property was discussed. Five different blended ratios cotton alginate fiber blended yarns were designed. Blended yarns strengths and elongations, hairiness index, evenness et al were tested and analyzed. The result shows as alginate fiber content is increased, both breaking strength and breaking elongation of the blended yarn's are increased then reduced. At the same time blended yarn hairiness, evenness,neps, thick places and thin places all increase obviously. It is considered when the blending ratio of cotton alginate fiber is 70 : 30,strength and elongation of blended yarn is the best.
