摘　　要：为改进气压加压摇架加压性能,对原气压加压摇架在压力调节方面存在的问题进行了改进,增加了压力微调机构并改进了握持机构。试验表明:改进后取得了较好的效果。认为:改进后的摇架安装方便快捷,压力微调与握持机构各自独立,增强了摇架压力的一致性和稳定性,减小了锭间差异,有利于提高成纱质量。To improve air pressure cradle property,problems of original air pressure cradle in pressure adjustment were improved. Pressure fine-adjustment device was added and gripping device was modified. The spinning comparison test shows that better effect can be got after the modification. It is considered that after the modification, cradle can be installed quickly and conveniently,pressure adjustment device and gripping device are independent,consistency and stability of cradle are strengthened,differences among spindles are reduced,spinning yarn quality can be increased.
