涤纶圣麻混纺纬弹织物的开发

摘　　要：探讨涤纶圣麻混纺纬弹织物的生产工艺。用涤纶/圣麻70/30 19.7 tex纱为经纱,涤纶/圣麻70/30 18.5 tex(44.4 dtex)氨纶包芯纱为纬纱进行交织。对织造中易出现的问题进行了分析,整经采用"小张力、低车速、轻摩擦、低伸长"的工艺,浆纱优选浆料配方,采用"被覆上浆为主、兼顾浸透"的工艺,织造采用"较大张力、早开口、大开口、迟引纬"的工艺,最终实现织机效率达92%,坯布下机一等品率达95%的效果。Production processing of polyester shengma blended weft elastic fabric was discussed. Polyester/shengma 70/30 19.7 rex yarn was used as warp,polyester/shentma 70/30 18.5 tex （44.4 dtex）spandex core spun yarn was used as weft. Problems in weaving were analyzed. In warping process, processing of less tension, lower loom speed, less abrasion and elongation were adopted. In sizing process, sizing instruction was optimized, processing of major covering combined with soaking was adopted. In weaving process, processing of larger tension, earlier shed, larger shed, later weft insertion was adopted. Finally effect of 92% loom efficiency and 95% first grade percentage before cloth repairing can be reached.
