梳棉机针布研究现状及展望

摘　　要：分析总结国内外梳棉机针布的研究现状。认为国内外针布研究均达到了较高的水准,但是针布技术进步与梳棉机技术进步相比,还存在不足,主要表现在创新型针布不多。近十年来,针布在梳棉机高产化进程中所起作用有限。提出要进一步研究能提高梳棉机产量的新型针布,要重视分梳板、固定盖板针布等方面研究,开发出高效能的针布。国内针布制造企业要把进一步提高针布的使用寿命和加工精度当做主攻方向。Research status of card clothing in caruing chine at home and abroad were analyzed and summarized. It is considered that card clothing reach at abroad is reaching higher level, while card clothing technology progress is less comparing to carding machine progress because the innovative card clothing is not too much. Over the past decade, effect of card clothing in carding machine with higher output process is not large. It is put forward that new card clothing that can increase carding machine output should be researched further. Combing plate and fixed flat et al should be researched as key parts. High-performance card clothing should be developed. Main direction of domestic card clothing manufacturer should be improved card clothing use life and accuracy further.
