摘  要:为研究油页岩脱挥发分和挥发分燃烧动力学机制,并考察矿物成分对反应过程的影响,利用程序升温热分析技术进行了桦甸油页岩脱挥发分和燃烧实验。采用分布活化能模型获得了反应过程中活化能的变化规律。研究结果表明:油页岩热解挥发分析出和挥发分的燃烧均存在矿物质的催化作用,且催化类别不同,反应中矿物质催化作用使热解和燃烧的活化能出现了降低的趋势,频率因子和活化能之间的补偿关系表现出严格的分段;通过油页岩及相应半焦的燃烧特性对比表明挥发分燃烧过程中挥发分含量导致频率因子和活化能之间的补偿关系改变程度不同。Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) was employed to investigate the thermal mechanics and effect of mineral to reactions of devolatilization and combustion for Huadian oil shale. Change tendency of activation energy and frequency factor were drawn out by distributed activation energy method (DAEM). At the same time, compensation relationship between activation energy and frequency factor was analysis. The results show that mineral catalysis exist in the process of oil shale devolatilization and combustion and it is attributed to different catalysis types. Activation energy of pyrolysis and combustion decrease because of mineral catalysis. Compensation relationship of activation energy and frequency factor present strict segmentation. Compare of combustion characters of oil shale and its semicoke, it indicates that violate content result to different degree changes for compensation relationship of activation energy and frequency factor.
