摘　　要：阐述了动力制动在工作过程中出现的制动电流不稳定的故障现象,对动力制动的相关电路进行了诊断,并对提升机电控系统的干扰进行了逐步排查。通过对故障的分析,找出了故障原因,使动力制动恢复了正常工作,为处理同类故障问题提供经验借鉴。After the fault of unsteady braking electric current during dynamic braking process being described, the circuits related to the dynamic braking are diagnosed, and the interferences of the electric system of the hoist are inspected. Through the fault analysis, the causes of the fault are determined, thus the dynamic braking circuit recovers. The practice offers references for managing the same fault.
