摘　　要：分析了物料浆体管道输送圆管螺旋流的形成机理,探讨了圆管螺旋流的生成方式及导叶式起旋器的结构设计,并推导出导叶式局部起旋器起旋强度的计算公式。The generation mechanism of the pipe spiral flow is analyzed, and the generating process of the pipe spiral flow and the design of the guiding-vane type spiral flow generator are discussed. In addition, the formula of calculating the vortex intensity of the guiding-vane type spiral flow generator is deduced.
