摘 要:分析了传统球磨机在矿物加工流程中能耗突出的问题。基于节能的观点,以及球磨机的变速工作方式,球磨机转速应处于震荡交变变化方式下。通过Adams下磨机动力学仿真分析,结合理论分析,根据钢球充填率随球磨机运行时间的变化,确定了球磨机转速的交变规律,设计了基于80C196MC单片机的球磨机PWM电动机调速模块的软硬件结构。对比传统球磨机,在提高效率的同时有效降低了能耗,提高了生产率和生产品质。In view of the prominent problem of great energy consumption of traditional ball mills during minerals processing, a point of view is put forward that the rotary velocity of the ball mill shall alternate based on energy saving and variable velocity operation mode of the ball mill. Combining the dynamic simulation analysis of the ball mill by Adams and theoretical analysis, the alternation law of the rotary velocity of the ball mill is determined according to variation of the filling rate of grinding balls with grinding duration. In addition, the soft-ware and the hardware of PWM motor velocity regulation module of the ball mill are designed based on 80C196MC SCM. Compared with traditional ball mills, the productivity of the ball mill increases and energy consumption decreases, and the product quality improves also.
