摘　　要：刀盘是盾构机最重要的零部件之一,笔者通过实际工程及理论分析,阐述了盾构机刀盘设计过程中刀盘本体结构的关键设计要素,分析了刀盘刀具的选择及刀具布置,给出了进行刀盘强度计算所需的扭矩与推力的计算方法,为盾构机刀盘设计提供了一定的参考与借鉴。The cutter head is one of the most important components of the tunnel boring machine, according to actual projects and theory analysis, key factors of designing the cutter head body are described from the point of view of practical application. In addition, the selection of the cutter of the cutter head and the arrangement of the cutter are analyzed, and the methods of calculating torque and thrust force required for calculating the strength of the cutter head are offered. The study offers references for the design of the cutter head of the runnel boring machine.
