摘　　要："和谐世界"是当前中国开展对外关系的总方针。和谐世界应是各国国民的主体性得到充分尊重,各国国民间充分交往、自由交融的世界,也应是各国处理好、维护好本国涉外民商事关系,并实现其和谐的世界。达致这种和谐关键在于能通过法律机制有效化解涉外民商事关系中的矛盾和冲突,而法律机制的关键则在于制定和实施完善的法律适用法。我国正致力于建设和谐世界,并已拥有自己的首部单行涉外民商事关系法律适用法。它是我国建设和谐世界的阶段性法治成果,也是继续发展和完善我国法律适用法及整个国际私法制度的新的发端。The ＂harmonious world＂ is the general policy that China develops with foreign relations. Harmonious world is that the subjectivity of the national should be fully respected. People of all the countries should freely communicate with each other, and become free folk of blending the world. Each country should also maintain its foreign - related civil and commercial relations, and realize the harmonious world. The key to the harmonious state through legal mechanism lies in effectively solving contradictions and conflicts in foreign- related eivil and commercial relations, and the key legal meehanism is to formulate and implement perfect applicable law. Foreign - related Relationship Law is the building of a harmonious world by law achievements, and continues to develop and perfect our country＇s applicable law and the whole system of private international law.
