摘  要:目的分析GEM3000血气分析仪与AFT-300电解质分析仪检测血钾、血钠的结果差异及其原因。方法采集ICU的60例患者的抗凝动脉血和非抗凝静脉血分别用GEM3000血气分析仪与AFT-300电解质分析仪检测血钾、血钠水平。结果两种仪器检测的血钾结果有统计学差异(P<0.05),而血钠结果无统计学差异;两种仪器检测的血钾、血钠结果间呈显著正相关性(血钾相关系数r=0.949、血钠相关系数r=0.965,P均<0.01)。结论两种仪器检测的血钾结果不能互相代替,而检测的血钠结果可以互相代替;GEM3000血气分析仪检测的血钾结果可参考使用。Objective Ohjective To compare and analyze the difference of the blood potassium and sodium determined by GEM 3000 blood gas analyzer and AFT-300 electrolyte analyzer. Methods The arterial blood of heparin lithium anticoa-gulation(determined by GEM 3000) and the venous blood of non-anticoagulation(determined by AFT-300)were sampled simultaneously from 60 patients of ICU ward in our hospital. SPSS 13.0 statistics software was applied for correlation analysis and paired t test. Results The significant correlation was found between results of the blood potassium and sodium determined by the two methods (rk ~ 0. 949, rNa = 0. 965, all P 〈 0.01). The potassium of the arterial blood determined by GEM 3000 was lower than that of the venous blood determined with AFT-300, and significant difference was showed(P〈0. 05). But it showed no significant difference for the sodium (P〉 0.05). Conclusions The blood potassium determined by the two methods couldn't be substituted for each other but could be used for the sodium. The potassium determined by GEM 3000 could be used only as a reference.
