摘　　要：目的:提示临床重视左旋门冬酰胺酶致脑梗死的不良反应。方法:报道分析1例7岁急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿使用左旋门冬酰胺酶强化治疗后,同期CT和MRI提示脑血管梗死的病例。检索国内文献未见这方面的报道。结果与结论:国内患者亦可发生左旋门冬酰胺酶诱导的血栓栓塞,栓塞引起的临床症状经及时对症治疗是可逆的。To prompt medical staff to pay attention to adverse drug reactions due to cerebral infarction induced by L-asparaginase. METHODS： One 7-year-old child with acute lymphoblastic leukemia with intensive treatment of L-asparaginase was reported and analyzed, compared CT and MRI prompting cerebrovascular infarction cases. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Do- mestic literatures were retrieved, while none of them regarded it. Domestic patients can also suffer from L-asparaginase-induced thrombosis. Clinical svmotoms caused by thrombosis are reversible after svmmomatic treatment_
